Requesting a task
Post a request from your dashboard describing the job, your timing, and urgency. Craftnect matches it against verified providers who cover your service category and area, and notifies them right away — you don't need to contact anyone directly.
Comparing quotes
Providers respond with a price, an estimated timing, and an optional message. You can compare every quote side by side and accept the one that fits — accepting closes out every other proposal on that request automatically.
Paying for a job
Payment is collected securely through Stripe once you accept a quote and confirm the booking — never before. Funds are held until the job is marked complete before the provider is paid out.
