• Government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of residency or work authorization (a permanent resident card, work permit, or study permit).

Regulated categories

Electrical and plumbing work also require a valid trade certification on file — this is checked specifically for those categories, not applied blanket across every service type.

Review

Once every required document is submitted, your verification moves to review. You'll see the status of each document individually in your dashboard, and you can replace a rejected document without starting over. Your profile stays hidden from customers until every requirement is approved.
