Platform
Live maps for nearby coverage, a single booking lifecycle, and a clear path from match to meeting on the job — without fake metrics or dashboard demos.

Explore uses the same eligibility rules as matching: service fit, active status, and distance in kilometres from the provider’s base against their service radius. What you see on the map is who can take the job — not a decorative pin dump.
- Customers browse eligible providers by coverage and category. Exact home addresses stay private until the booking lifecycle allows disclosure.
- Providers show a coverage area — radius and zones where supported — never a public street address for their base.
Signed-in customers use Explore’s map view after login.

Coverage-first discovery — kilometres, not guesswork.

There is no second competing workflow. Payment state comes from verified webhooks, not browser redirects alone.
Request
Describe the job and pin a service address snapshot. Exact address stays private until the lifecycle allows disclosure.
Match & quote
Eligible providers receive a durable match. They reject or submit a quote — quote is how interest is expressed.
Accept & pay
Compare quotes, accept one, then pay through Stripe Checkout on Craftnect. Booking confirms only after a verified webhook.
Job day
Both sides get status notifications. The provider does the work; messaging stays on the authorized conversation.
Complete & release
Provider requests completion; customer confirms. Funds stay secured on Craftnect until then — the provider share releases once.

(03)(Match)
[Meeting]

Discovery and matching share one eligibility engine. Providers act on their own matches; customers choose one quote; they meet on booked work.
Coverage first
Providers set services, base location, and radius in kilometres. Incomplete coverage never appears as eligible.
RequestMatch
When a request lands in coverage, one durable match record is created — that drives the incoming feed and notification.
Respond, then message
After a quote or response, messaging unlocks between that customer and provider. No cross-provider access.
One booking
The customer picks one quote. They meet on the job day under that confirmed booking — not an open free-for-all.
