You set your price

You quote every job yourself — your hourly rate is a starting point customers see on your profile, and each proposal you send carries its own price. That quote is your base service amount.

Provider fee

Your earnings are the base service amount minus Craftnect's provider fee of 7%. For example, on a $100 job your provider net is $93. The customer also pays a separate 13% Craftnect fee on top of the base service amount — that customer fee is not deducted from your earnings.

Stripe's own payment-processing fees are separate from Craftnect's provider fee and are not the same charge.

When you get paid

Customer payment is held once a booking is confirmed. Your earnings become payable after the customer confirms the job is complete, and are released to your connected Stripe account — you can track pending and released earnings from your dashboard at any time.
