Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 14 days before your scheduled service. Cancelling within 14 days applies a 30% fee. For a multi-date course, the cancellation window is measured from the first scheduled class. Once your provider has started travelling or working, is ready at the venue, or the first scheduled class has started, cancellation is reviewed by support rather than instant.
